My Cleansing Green Smoothie is more than just a delicious beverage—it’s a powerful elixir for overall health and beautiful skin. With every sip, you’re nourishing your body with a special blend of nature’s beneficial ingredients. The leafy greens are packed with essential vitamins A, C, and K, supporting everything from immune function to a glowing complexion. Fresh mint adds a refreshing flavor while also improving digestion, plus providing your body with antioxidants and antibacterial properties. The addition of pineapple brings a natural sweetness, a great dose of vitamin C and is known for it’s major anti-inflammatory effects. Cucumber, rich in hydration, keeps your skin plump and your body refreshed. The banana provides a creamy texture, a vital dose of potassium, and easily digestible carbohydrates (essential for steady, clean energy). The Cleansing Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
One head of romaine lettuce
One cucumber, peeled
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
One banana
Handful of fresh mint leaves
One lemon, freshly squeezed
Eight ounces of fresh coconut water
Instructions:
1. wash leafy greens and fresh mint well.
2. put all ingredients in a high speed blender, blending until smooth.
3. enjoy!
